UPDATED REVIEW: I was able to email the seller and to their credit they emailed back the next day taking responsibility for the missing lid handles. And roughly a week later I received the handles in the mail, free of charge. I’m updating my review to 5 stars now, as this really is a very nice chafing dish set.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This chafing dish set is just what we were hoping they would be. They arrived without any shipping scratches (as many others reported seeing). They stack very nicely for storage. They are also not too big, just the right size for entertaining in our home. I would give them a 5 star rating, but they arrived without the handles for the lids (which would make it difficult to lift a hot lid). I am contacting the seller and will update my review if they come through and ship me the lid handles that should've come with them.
